Mechanics Bank Parking Lot | The Rotary Club of San Luis Obispo gives over $50,000 a year in need based scholarships to students from San Luis Obispo High School, Pacific Beach High School, Cuesta College and Youth in Foster Care. These youth have overcome significant obstacles in their lifes and have demonstrated great resiliency in their drive to attend College.
