President Jeff just announced that in addition to our ongoing project to help feed our homeless neighbors, one of our club's projects this year will be to package 10,000 meal packs for the most needy people on the planet. Each package provides a full day's nutritional and caloric requirements for 6 people, so our 10,000 meal packs will feed 60,000 people. The packages are vegetarian and can be combined with local spices so that the food fits within any culture. We'll be packaging the meals on February 6 from noon-4 at the PG&E Education Center. Be sure to put it on your calendar and invite family and friends.

Rotarians and non-Rotarians alike are welcome to help. Can't attend? You can make a donation. $0.29 is all it takes to create one package. Registration is required.
